- The Ezbet Khairallah area is situated between the highway and Maadi Corniche, on the way to Al-Munib in the west and New Cairo in the east, in the Cairo Governorate.
- The region consists of four neighborhoods: Old Cairo, Dar El Salam, Al-Basateen, and Al-Khalifa.
- The estate covers an area of 480 acres (2 km²) and is home to approximately 650,000 people.
- The area was named after one of the families that initially inhabited the area.
- Families such as the Al-Shalahbah family have been present in the area since its inception, with the Al-Shalahbah family still residing in the southern part of the estate.
